We now offer drop-off meals designed as a way you can stock your vacation home with fresh meals that involve minimal preparation on your behalf. Each dinner package shown below serves 4 adults comfortably. Menu content may vary based on seasonal availability, and can be adjusted to suit dietary preferences.

We now offer on-site chef services and customized menus, should you prefer to have meals prepared for you at the ranch or vacation home.

Events

From fundraiser to wedding, corporate gathering to family and friends, week long festival or retreat, our scope of services is all encompassing. 

Plated dinners, passed Hors d'Oeuvres, or elegant buffet; each meal begins and ends with the highest quality ingredients and service.

We offer our clients the opportunity to showcase their individual style and values, and are experts at producing events and cuisine with integrity.

Venues

Our self contained mobile kitchen accommodates any venue. Whether you are looking for the natural beauty of the forest or riverbank, the rustic charm of a lodge or barn, or the elegance of a historic building or gallery, we can help you to locate your perfect place.
 

Coordinating and Logistics

We are happy to manage any and all aspects of your event, from finding the perfect venue to selecting just the right silverware.  We also work with some of the finest event producers in the area and can make great recommendations.

Bartending

Our staff has many years of experience selecting and serving fine wines and spirits. We typically serve beverages that you have purchased, make recommendations for your bar set up, or refer you to one of our preferred bar catering services.
